I read a lot of blogs, and sometimes I only get caught up when I’m procrastinating.
One of them is Brittany Bohnet’s Blog – where she does a great job entertaining me with some of the more random tech stuff she bumps into.
A couple days back, she bumped into Diesels latest web video ad. As she said it:
Seriously though, I almost bought this pink dress JUST because I was so excited about the technology (the dancing was cool, too). Well done, Diesel’s creative agency.
That technology is from Ottawa’s Overlay.TV, who is located in the building next to my old loft and who got an investment from TechCapital and Celtic House. I remember cofounder Rob Lane doing an early presentation/rough demo way back (late 2007?) and this diesel ad/catalogue is pretty much what he described then as the “vision”. I think it comes out pretty well, well done guys – great to see it all coming together.
